1.  Prepare:  Let's face it, we all want to get top dollar for our homes.  In order to do so, you have to make your home look its very best. Our real estate agents are trained to help you identify and prioritize repairs and improvements that will provide the best return on your investment. Before your home goes on the market, we offer home staging to make every room stand out.  Each house is different.  But, we can help you determine how to highlight your home's assets.

2.  Pricing: The most important step in selling your home is to price it correctly from the beginning. By overpricing your home, you are shooting yourself in the foot.  Overpriced homes take longer to sell and typically sell for a lower price as buyers begin to think the property is stale causing the overall number of showings to decrease. Since the majority of your showings will occur in the first 30 days on the market, it is crucial that your initial list price matches buyer expectations. We will utilize advanced market analysis software to build a comprehensive report that will accurately determine the maximum list price for your home.
